Genese,
I am new on this particular site and constantly trying to improve on my (very amateurish!) photographic skills. Thankyou for sharing this information regarding RAW images - I am also going to file this away for reference.
This whole thread contains so much helpful information - thankyou!
Lenita

Default Raw

Great read Genese, think this is exactly what I have been looking for. I too have printed it out for ref later. I am particulary interested in the auto options of raw. I want to get what I saw and not to manipulate it too much

Hi claire sorry for the late response ... i like to keep my images down to small tweaks and dirt removal where necessary 99% of the work is done in raw to gain what i saw when i took the shot and in some cases enhance a little.. the n i crop/straighten spot remove and balance levels in photoshop... keep with it its worth it !
