It's just so fast!!!!

Been getting fed up with stuff taking so long to load on the net just lately so spoke to a lad at work who builds his own computers (what he doesn't know is not worth knowing LOL)

He told me about Firefox!!!! it's an internet browser like explorer but paired down,you can customise it with add-ons and it's free!!!

Just google FIREFOX and download it (5.5mb and takes about 30 secs) when you install it make sure YOU DO NOT SET IT AS YOUR DEFAULT BROWSER as this will change all your explorer settings,click on NO then just add it to your desktop and you can run both independantly, that way you can delete it if you don't like it without fear of losing any of your current internet settings.

It' a bit strange at first as the type is slightly different and certain things are named differently but it's just so quick,this site for example runs a million times faster with it,so go on give it a go you wont be sorry....

Apple Safari is even faster and is a free download off the Apple website, there is a PC version, incase you were wondering lol.
Firefox is more familiar for PC users though.

i've been using Firefox for quite a few years now and would never go back to micro$oft..dump the others. it was first to bring you tabs which i use all the time. Greasemonkey is a fabulous addon. never had any problems with mozilla as yet. its also great for blocking ads and other crap the net wants you to see

I too am a user of Firefox and have been for a number of years now, IE7 is c**p in comparison. I also use Thunderbird for my emails which is so much better than Outlook express.

It has been My default browser and I resist all temptation to allow any other browser to be My true default
Security specialists recommended the Fox, when IE6 was becoming un-patchable due to too many patches ...Tedz breaks into song *Oh, I can still hear Papa's voice sayin'

The Fox has been My choice since it's conception ... and I will say 3 Hails that it will continue to be.
