In Photoshop if you look at the History window you will see a tab called Actions, click on this and go down to the bottom where along the bottom of the window you will see 6 choices choose the 5th one and give it a name and choose a Function Key to call this action, next click on Record. Next do all of your editing then go back to the Actions window and click on the 1st option at bottom which is called Stop recording, and thats it.
Now open a new image and press whatever Function key you allocated and hey presto your image should be edited.

If you have lightroom which i think you said you did, you can do all the basic corrections and then sync all the images at once, choosing which settings to copy.

when you open photoshop you have your palettes down the right hand side of the screen ... unless like me you have moved them, one of those pallets is called actions, on the top right corner of that actions palette is a little arrow ( right click that arrow) now a drop down list should appear! on that list should be " new action" click it... now a new box has appeared on your screen... click the record button do your editing ... then when your done press stop ( hey presto you have halved your work load )

If you have a load of images that you want to apply your newly created action to....then stick them all in a folder then go to ...file> automate> batch. Choose your new action from the drop down, choose your source folder and destination folders and hit ok then go and have a pint mate
