Excellent. Which technique did you choose? Pre-focus on a point/bend or track focus the runner as she came around the track. Colour and sharpness superb and very well captured.
Her stomach is almost as toned as mine

(yeah right!)

Good action image, as TCO said nice and sharp and good DOF putting the background out of focus.

Cracking shote here. Great DoF, Focus and framing. Just a shame about the 2 characters in the BG, but that cant be helped. Do you sell these images back to the athelete or Asc? If not, you should try.

Thanks guys. No Phil I have not sold any, I don't feel that I shoot consistantly well enough to be able to do that.
