I went to a gig Friday night, it was excellent, I wasn't sure wether or not to take the camera to a place packed with people and alcahol.
After watching the bands family and friends struggle with a camera phone (N90) I was kicking myself for leaving my camera at home.
Like the shot and it's in the section I would have put it in.

Nice pic mate. The mono works great. Not easy to get position at a gig i'm guessing. Would have been nice to have seen a little more of the face but like I say it can't be easy to get positioned.
The contrast is superb and extreme and suits the subject perfectly
