Nice sharp image, and you have caught the runner action well making good use of DOF. Plus adding that second runner in the water reflection worked really well.

never noticed the second runner! but since you mention it thats cool!Was actually shooting but keeping a eye out for my daughter who was running never get a good shot of her as I'm too busy shouting instructions or being a busy parent!

My first reaction was that either you should have included his feet or cropped further up to tighten the composition. But then you would have lost the reflection. C'est la vie.
