I hope that we are still friends after you read this!
It's only because of your normally high standards that I think this image looks like a 'snapshot'. I'd have expected you to have taken the pic from a lower angle to highlight the colours on the boats and the excitement of the race. Plus I think the background looks cluttered and detracts from the boats.....apart rom that I love it!

I've had the audacity to play with the image....if you don't like it I'll delete it immediatly.

Hi Alan; Still friends; Difficult to get a good shot of these boats as they are so long; you cut them in half/thirds if you try a close up.
