New Release: The Image Factory
Since the very start of PhotoTopix, we've had a forum called Photoshop Challenge which allowed members to post photos for other members to test their Photoshop skills. This forum never really had much activity and as the name suggested it was for Photoshop only so this forum has now been removed but the great news is it has been replaced with a exciting brand new forum that will be run by our very own Mello (Steve).
Here is Mello's announcement:
Being a member for a few months now, and after playing with a few members photos I decided I had spotted a gap in the market so to speak for an photo/image editing forum.
Although the Photoshop Challenge existed it didn't receive the use i thought it deserved. So after speaking to Paul and much scratching of heads i decided to come up with a new idea.
I'm hoping this will be a useful tool to members in developing their editing skills. The novices and experienced alike can learn from each other by seeing each others interpretation of the same image utilising all mediums of editing regardless of the editing software you use.
I am therefore proud to launch The Image Factory....
Regards Steve (Mello).
You can find this new exciting forum in our Digital Darkroom area or you can go straight to the new forum here: http://www.phototopix.co.uk/image-fa...ng-challenges/
I want to thank Steve for the time and effort he has put into this new feature and I'm really looking forward to seeing all members improve their photo editing skills.
