Homepage Improvements

Hey Paul

it was on the LHS near the top under my avatar displayed on my homepage. it was at the bottom of its list and i think it said recent/latest/new posts.. when clicked it took you to a table of all recent unread threads regardless of how many (or not) comments had been made..hope that makes sense, beginning to doubt myself now

Hi Paul,

I like the 'Latest Critique Gallery' thats makes it a lot easier to see what has been uploaded since you last looked. Good stuff. Would it be worth having another link underneath to view those images uploaded in the same way but not autoposted for critique.

Unfortunately no, I need the AutoPost data to be able to dynamically display the thumbs etc and all the funky features relating to critique and images that are put up for critique without autopost do not have the required data so I'm unable to do anything with them.

When an image is AutoPosted I'm capturing a load of extra data about that photo, if it's not autoposted I simply don't get that extra data.

Hope that makes sense and is why I'm actively putting references to autopost in every place that I can to encourage members to use the AutoPost feature.

I honestly can't remember that being there on the LHS unless it was a default link that I didn't use or see but not to worry, the links on the RHS in the Whats New box will list threads under the links titles conditions. The Critique & Help link in this box will list all threads in the critique forums regardless of if they were AutoPosted, have comments etc.
