Gallery: Update

I had recently discovered that our gallery was open to a little non-major abuse that allowed a registered member to you the gallery for free image hosting by uploading snapshots that were obviously uploaded for the purpose of being being linked/used in other sites.

I felt I had to address this issue so the gallery didn't fill up with these types of images and to keep the gallery uploads only accessible for active site members to post their creative work.

A restriction is now in place which will prevent any registered users from being able to upload images that have participated in less than 5 posts in the forums. This maybe reviewed again in the future if needed!

I hope our active members will support this decision to help keep our gallery objectives on-track and only display quality photographs.

If you are a genuine member however, you are absolutely welcome to link your uploaded images here on PhotoTopix off other sites.
