Challenge - Its a Black and White World

Challenge Description
One from Alan, he didnt define it so i guess its a Black and white challenge in honour of his beloved barcoders! (newcastle united) so open season on B & W for this weekend, lets see some real creativity and a bumper entry

Judging and challenge ends: 12/06/2009 (Midnight)

General Rules

• 1. All images submitted must be your own work
• 2. Manipulation of an image is perfectly acceptable as is compositing.
• 3. By entering this challenge, you agree to a limited release to PhotoTopix to use your image in any media they see fit, for the sole purposes of promoting the site. If your image is chosen for site promotion, PhotoTopix will contact you to make you aware of the intentions and to obtain final agreement for your image to be used. As the photographer, you retain any copyright to your image.
• 4. Entrants under 16 must obtain written permission from a parent or guardian before entering.
• 5. It is the entrant`s responsibility to ensure that all the necessary permissions are obtained from people featured in a photograph where necessary
• 6. Entrants will be deemed to have understood the above rules and accepted them and agree to be bound to them when entering the challenge.
• 7. Phototopix reserves the right to cancel this challenge at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside its control.
• 8. If a winning entrant is unable to be contacted after reasonable attempts have been made to do so when a prize is available, Phototopix reserves the right to either offer the prize to the next best entry, or to re-offer the prize in any future challenge on phototopix.co.uk.

Haven't joined in many challenges but with my love of B&W photography strong possibilty of an entry this week although if Cannokwolf joins in we mere mortals can forget it

Well; yes I do live in a 'Black and White World' as suggested by my Guru; but the title is actually an Elvis Costello song!
I hope it gives everyone an opportunity to interprate the title in their own way - and entries DON'T have to be monochrome!

Taking Alans Point things can be Black and white without being devoid of colour as in no grey areas! Clear cut e.t.c SO Colour is not a reason not to vote in this challenge

Just changed the challenge brief as well to say colour is acceptable and Black and White can be a theme not a photographical description, Alan, as you didnt type a brief i took things the wrong way so sorry for that!
