Thanks Brian, its a doorstep she is on but you are right, nice comments thank. Nice to get comments from serious photographers. I dont have all the fancy kit just a point and shoot, a tripod and ideas! Wish i could afford it but three kids a wife and a mortgage see to it i cant!!

Denny this is another great shot and the selective B&W conversion works really well with what Phillipa is wearing and the colour of her hair. For me there is just a little too much door at the top but an excellent photo regardless.

What version of conversion did you use. There,s a play on words for you. I would be interested to know as it is really good. It was,t just a plain old boring desaturate was it ??.

Took this back in October when i had my point and shoot and had just joined this site, from memory, added an adjustment layer, (saturation) desaturated then erased the skin bits. Would do in lightroom now though. Thanks anyway
