I love the mood of this shot - the model shows a good amount of attitude, but there are a couple of things that unfortunately let it down. The background is a little too busy - a plain backdrop would have made the model really stand out, and unfortunately you have cropped her toes (ouch!). Everything else about the shot really works well, so keep up the good work and watch the fine details.

It works for me apart from the toe thing.... although that doesn't distress me too much.
I look at it as a docu pic as opposed to a studio shot......it looks as though it is taken in situ. I also get a real 60's feel

I also agree about the toe thing, I also find that the verticle & horizonntal lines of the background tend to be competing for attention. The point of focus appears to be on the knee/elbow of the model, leaving the face slightly out of focus. Beautiful model, and one which appears to be very confident with you as the photographer. Very 60's feel about this, well done.
