I was practicing with my model looking for the right light and background on a bright sunny day, when a lovely subtle breeze came up.
It really made the picture, highlighting her hair against the treed background.

lovely looking model, agree the backlight of hair is good, but i would have had a reflector to bounce the light back into her face.

Dennis, you and my son must think alike, as he gave her the necklace. I'm assuming you did the same with your wife.
Carregwen, I've played around in editing to crop in closer, but can't seem to get it right. I like the green background because it sets off the hair, and the shirt puts weight in the shot, though I could crop some of it out. I found too much didn't look right. I'll take another look at it.
Terry, I'm so wanting a reflector!! Will be investing in one soon. Can't wait.
