I love it! I love how you pose your clients in such fun and creative ways.
I find this one to be quite blurry however, and it looks like there is a thin shadow outline around him. Focus is on the face where you want it though.
Great composition, pose and expression. Super.
Question: Do you play music when you are working with such active posing to help them get excited and have fun?

A great, fun 'pose' and full of life and action. I would have liked to have seen this a bit sharper though, as i think it would have given the shot a bit more 'punch'. Possibly upping the shutter speed would have solved that for you, but all in all, its still a fabulous portrait

Hi Debbie
Thanks for looking. the blur was added afterwards as i shoot at 200th/s so it freezes (mostly) the action. duplicated the layer and erased the layers to blend the blur..
Yes i do play music. 5 speaker surround sound. everything from rock to dance to high school musical (for young girlies) to chillout (for babies)

shutter is 200th for flash even though it goes to 250th. freezing the action in full focus is what i get but blurring adds a bit of interesting detail for clients and it sells well so who am i to change it??
cheers Paul for kind comments Bud

Ah, righty, i should have read the EXIF!
Like you say though, if thats what your clients like, then i guess its a case of 'if it aint broke, don't fix it'!
Keep up the good work!

Great idea, it will make a different image for the family album. I like the blur effect as it gives a sense of movement and keeping the face sharp is all that you need.
