I just got back from getting my hair cut...wished now, I had asked for one like this.
The skintones are very blotchy and the perspective is not working for me; it makes her arms chunky and elbows big

I don't think they gave you the best material to work with, you can't make a silk purse from a sow's ear can you. (I'm talking photographically here, it's not a derogatory comment aimed at the model in any way).
In the context of what you were doing, a photo shoot for a hairdresser, I feel this is all about the hair so a job well done.

maybe a soft, graduating blur towards the bottom would have softened the arms a bit. the artwork i can understand abit also as hair dressers tend to live in..hhmmmm well in that world Newbloke put her in!! and they prob drive blue peugeot 206's as well...with sat nav that takes to the only other part of town with the same name..
