I'm not into portraits so can't comment too much, but skin tones look good and I like your composition of her looking down into the image, plus the vignette works well along with the soft background.

I really like this.

Only her face is within the frame which doesn't matter because it holds focus, along with the space that Barry mentioned, and the sweet DOF it makes for a great photo.

I tried converting it to black & white but I prefer the subdued colours of the original.

Nice work Merv

No Delboy, I don't think it works as a mono either.

Lovely shot Marv, like the soft focus, and detail were it needs to be if that makes sense

Agreed with all above - composition, focus, vignette and lighting all spot on. What was in the background? It definitely adds to the image.

dude, nice work, really nice shot....only thing i would change is possibly the angle of her /jacket/top...maybe angling it towards the corner more...seems a bit up and down...curving angles always rest easier on the eye
Post work is fantastic mate, nicely done..colour tones and clarity are top class

Thanks Salli, it's a tired old shed door. I'll be looking out for more of the same in the future, and will look for a photo that shows it better for you yo see aswell.
