You have made a really good job on this I like the casual way she is leaning on the pillar my only crit is the carpet it just doesn’t look right may be you could clone out the stains.

Thanks Bryan, Pete.

Yes, I used the Photomatix tone mapping filter in CS3. Other than that, just normal adjustments witin Photoshop but am pleased with the way it came out.

Beautiful, well-composed shot and great job on the tones. I agree about the stains on the carpet. A crop at the bottom of the pic could take care of that. I don't think the rads can be cropped out without ruining the symmetry of the shot. They don't bother me anyway as the eye is drawn right into the photo and away from them. I like the pose as well...Nice job!

This is a critique from a novice. This makes me drool to advance into this stuff. The color mapping is stunning and magnetic. Compositionally, I feel like the little lady is overwhelmed..to the point, she almost looks incidental but I notice that by cropping off the carpet stains, this does make her more the subject. I like how the light is shining on the table leg but I find that it is competeing with the lady..the eye keeps being drawn there.
