Nice shot great colours love the smokey background. I recently did some snaps at festival in Cardiff and really stugled with exposure due to the ever changing lighting.

TVM for the comments chaps ... yup exposure is a big problem, so much so that I've given up on trying to meter in any intelligent way. I just whack the ISO up to 800 or 1600 set for a wide aperture and let the camera do the best it can. Some times you can judge the pattern of light changes that the lighting engineer has set up then you cam meter on one part of the cycle then wait until that particular point comes round again …. but it’s still a bit hit & miss.
Out of, say, 100-120 shots of each band I usually end up with 10-20 keepers but usually the band only want one or two anyway so everyone is happy. The HDR treatment is a real advantage though, might revisit some of my previous stuff.
Cheers, Dave B.
