Dear Tco, try laying right on the edge of the Bed, You will soon drop off.
I suffered from Insomnia and tried counting Sheep but the bleating kept Me awake. Vilvaldi's Music is to Die for ... I think it was the Music of choice for those entering Voluntary Euthanasia Centers in the Movie "Soylent Green"
... when You Died , You were added to the Food Chain.
I find Soft Toys help with the Sleep ... I wind-up Teddy that plays Lullaby's.
