Not been on here much of late. Its 25 past midnight and the insomnia glands are just kicking in....gonna be a long night.

Just had some Bach on...good stuff. Now Going on is the old Phil Collins 'no jacket required'

Hey!
Its a quarter to three in the am. I am wide awake as usual and bored out of my mind so I am double posting!!! yahooo!!!!!!!!! TCO sheds the nipple clamps and double posts!!!

Now...not many of you will have heard of this but I am now listening to Timebox 'The Deram Anthology'

Its very rare these days and I payed lots of loot for it from record collector mag here in the uk.

After that its Wynder K Frog...yup its a northern soul kinda eve/morning here folks.

£amm fast approaching and i'm chomping on dairylea cheese spread triangles. Just had 3 scotch eggs....damn i must have worms or summit!

I feel for ya mate.
I have never slept well, just get mega tired but never sleepy, I think it's a vicious circle too that just makes matters worse.
I'm doing ok at the mo, Sundays seem to be my bad night and ok for the rest of the week.

I'm in the same boat right now......my family have gone away until Monday and I can never sleep when I'm home alone....well I do have Guinness, my Jack Russell to protect me I suppose......
Will be thinking of you both the next time I get up and switch on the telly in the wee hours

Yeah he is a crazy dude. Scalloped neck on his guitar. Tried to follow one of his licks tutorials and his idea of slow was way too fast to follow. Incredible player. There is a japanese guy too who is awesome but I can't remember his name. He wrote a book on advanced solo techniques.
