what do you do when you can't sleep?
As many of the existing members may know...i suffer from insomnia.
Three hrs kip a night is good for me and it plays havoc with the mind and how you judge day to day situations.
In the early hours when wide awake I tend to explore software that I have. I did this last night. Its the first layer of a basic animation I am going to do. Eventually the text will be sat in a city at night with spotlights and helicopters etc.... anyhow. I have been working on a reasonable chrome material in photoshop and I have not quite nailed it yet.
This is what I do when i can't sleep. What do you do ?
its a bit slow and juddery because I have had to convert it to Gif.

I am not a kipper either, can go to bed at 2am and get up 6am with not a lot of trouble. However sometimes find i need a power nap at 2pm but this is not a good idea on the M5 in the middle lane on a friday (joke)

Well .. if and when . I can't sleep nothing better then a good read .. murder mysteries ... lol .. but most nights .. I do sleep .. 8 hours a least .. and my hubby . listens to the radio. .. lol . He only sleeps at most 4 hours ... and yup ... I can sleep through the radio ,.. playing.. believe it or not ..lol .... He keeps on telling me it's my snoring . that wakes him up .. and I tell him . it's a learned habit listening to him .. all these years .. lol .. 52 of them ..  hahhah ...
