Google Earth..Where abouts are you?

For me you will have to type in Llanspyddid for where I live, Google Earth has not very good image quality for our part of the world .

No I noticed that mate. I had a look at Narberth near Tenby (where my family are from) and even that looks poor quality....That bloody Anne Robinson must be on the google earth panel!!!!

Many moons ago, my son-in-law put Google Earth onto my computer. Incredibly fascinating!!!!!...couldn't believe that I could swoop over the little farm dwelling that I was brought up in!!!

I don't know if this will be of any help but I'm in Lillooet British Columbia...a little north and east of Vancouver...the terrain is amazing!

How close are you to the Reynolds Hotel?

thank you for your keen interest in my little town. I will put up a picture of the hotel. The town is quite strung out, following the river. Just keep going up the river and you will come to a big gravel bar. I lived a stones throw away from there..but this summer have moved further up river, where the canyon is very narrow. In my gallery I have a picture of the Fraser, near the old hertiage bridge..this is where the canyon begins to narrow...but it soon widens again.

Yes you can, you have been spotted . You should be able to get some nice light trials from that bridge that crosses the main road about 1km south of your house.
