Had to go sensible when changed jobs and had to travel further, so went to a Vauxhall Vectra. Miss my Mazda 323F, 2 ltr, V6, cornering is not longer so fun, i don't get the screech any more, at least not without risking damaging car, self & others LOL. Although maybe i'd still prefer my VFR400 LOL, not so comfortable in rain & snow LOL

Andy I read the word Elanor and instantly hated you, I got very jealous very fast...
2003 Impreza WRX, very standard, never go fast cant afford the fuel.
The Doctor has taken my Dad off the road for 12 months, so I'm using his 306 diesel so I can save up for some filters.

cars
I may sound greedy, but we have 3 at the moment.. (worth about 10bob for the lot)
1) 1996 Merc E300 Estate...
2) 1993 VW Golf 18.gl auto
3) 1989 Transit 2.5d auto Camper
As I said none of the worth much, but all great in thier own way. The Merc is the last of the solid build models before they were built by accountants !!! The Golf has 53k on the clock, 2 owners & full service history & the old camper is great, throw all the kit in, go out for the day with the scope & camera & stop put on the kettle .....

I'm jealous! and I had to let my VFR go a few years back, sob sob. Did eventually get a ZX6R, but after several weeks and a fair few runs out, reaching the ground was rather a dangerous challenge when stopping at lights, on hills and cambers etc, i'm vertically challenged lol. So have to settle for my Astra. Well, it gets me from A to B and out & about for shooting pics so i musn't grumble LOL I need adrenaline from bike ride AAAARRRRGGGGHHHH
