First Kiss
When was your first kiss?
Ok ....I know that this is probably way off topix, but how's this? Brought into law here ( South Africa) recently "Teenagers under the age of 16 caught kissing, touching or rubbing up against each other can be criminally charged.
The new Sexual Offences Act, signed into law by President Thabo Mbeki on Thursday, has criminalised kissing, or any light sexual behaviour among people under the age of 16 - even if it is consensual."
Blimey!!!! no word of a lie.....if you get caught cuddling and kissing under the age of 16 you can get a spot fine of R600 which is +- 50 quid or even get arrested! Yikes.
Am absolutly horrified....I have to tell my 15 year old son not to hug any member of the opposite sex when he goes out!!! Even his granny, or he'll get a criminal record!!!!! As for my 12 year old???
Do we live in a mad world or what!!! Anyway just had to get that one off my chest LOL

My first Kiss? ... I am still waiting.
Actually, I support such a stance, being a highly moral and sanctimonious Being.
A similar Law has just been passed in New Zealand, by the Right Honourable Sir Helen Clarke, to coincide with
the Summer Fire Season.
It has been Scientifically proved that "rubbing" can start Fires, all You have to do is look at a Rugby Scrum
and You see heaps of steam and smoke rising from the Forward Pack, this is caused by excessive rubbing, as
there are Mouth Guards worn to deter Kissing but Cuddling is still a big problem, particularly if someone Scores.
People under the Age of 16 and over 60 should be Banned Globally for Rubbing.
Young People that rub are similar to Kindling and spark very quickly and are hard to control once they get going.
However, those over the Age of 60, have been well Seasoned and are usually tinder Dry, and just the thought of a good
rubbing will have Rest Homes in Ashes all over the World.
I applaud Your Governments stance on attacking Global Warming at the Source. NO MORE RUBBING!!!

i'm glad that I'm not the only one who feels this way. The other day, as I was walking past the post office steps, I saw a poor chap being mauled by an exuberant, randy female. He just sat there with a dull, helpless, bored look on his face. My first primal instinct was to call for the fire brigade. If they rescue helpless little kittens, surely they would rescue helpless young men. I agree with our forefathers that if it wasn't for 'woman', there wouldn't be so much hideous rubbing going on. Personally, I don't think these well meaning laws get to the basis of the whole problem. I think dress code should be looked at..mandatory wrap around woolen blankets for the women (the itchier the better)

First kiss was in 1976. I was 7 years old and the girl was Theresa Smiley. She was the older woman at 8 and she had been after a snog for ages. When she finally had her wicked way with me behind the school huts, I ran off crying to the toilet block and scrubbed my mouth until it was raw.
Kissing girls Urghh! That was considered uncool for a boy of 7. My, my... how things change when you grow up
I know kiss everything that moves...seagulls, snails, fish, Phillipino dwarf hurlers, packets of pigs liver and of course my darling wife. Oddly though I still find myself sprinting to the nearest loo afterward to scrub my mouth raw.

Its a c razy world they cant kiss or cuddle and i mean in a non sexual way but I bet they can buy plastic guns and knives and emulate the act of killing etc. The world is obsesed with the minority telling the majority what to do. In the uk we have a programe on TV called youve been framed. Its video clips of a comic nature sent in by viewrs many of the clips show yound children kissing etc such as at weddings. I guess these 4 year olds would be incarserated in SA now. Oh well who wants a grafic game of war. Pass my my OOOZZZZZYYYYYY NINE millllometerrrrrrr!!!!!!

I knew I should have taken the rubbing part outof the quote!! Sounds bad lol
Tedz.....that is the best excuse I've heard (veiled) for the All Blacks dismal performance at the rugby world cup.....are you saying that someone doused their fire?????
Dress code Fay? my poor 15 year old Junior Life Guard doesn't stand a chance on the beach then? What happens if he has to do mouth to mouth will he get arrested? LOL
TCO, am surprised that a Viking like you has issues like this!!!! Did you miss out on or have some worse experiences at Viking boot camp! I think you need a consult with Dr Tedz!
I agree with you Nik.....why can't kid's just be kid's any more. We live in a sad world and I'm a true believer in educating my kid's about these sort of things, they sure know a lot more than I did at their age!

my first kiss was age 14 after a boy that fancied came to my door to ask if i was coming out to hang out.... then he dumped me because the kiss tasted of sausage casserole which strangely enough i was eating when he knocked on the door!
personally i feel the world has gone PC mad!
a child in certain countries can have a baby and even be married in their teenage years yet we frown on out teenage children hugging kissing etc! i was very very honest with my eldest daughters about sex and boys etc... i told them about my first time and how disappointing it was for me and that it was not worth their while having sex until they knew they were ready... and not to do it just to please their partner. i think alot of parents shy away from being blunt and honest about the subject with their children ... and there the problem lies ... im sure aztecsea could tell you how honest i was about it
