I really don't see the point of this poll.

It just fuels the pointless & monotonous debate on Canon -v- Nikon when what we should be doing is getting out there & making photographs. I’m surprised and somewhat saddened, given the otherwise high level of intelligent ‘conversation’ that goes on in PT, that you all feel the need to be dragged down to this level of intercourse. Perhaps you should all look to the real driving force behind this nag race …. the fact that you are all being led by the nose by money hungry camera manufacturers who relish in this sort of baseline rivalry as all it does is push sales upwards in your attempts to be one better than the Jones's by buying the latest set of flashing lights, bells and whistles

Shame on you all, I expected more, it’s totally pointless, especially as everyone knows than Canon are best

easy Merv, i am a canon user and love everything about but i use the D2x in the studio and like that just as much. I CAN se the funny side..both sides..
In response to Daves comments, being part of this site since early Nov i have had and taken part in several inane banter discussions on Nikon/Canon.The poll is just a query by one member to see what statistics run through the site..
Since the number of images increases daily i think people are out there taking pictures.
The debate is pure fun and nothing more and most people treat it like that....i guess not everyone can indulge in trivial humour once in a while and for those i would say avoid reading the threads

Errrr ..... chaps, I was just joking, honest. I'm all for inane banter. It was supposed to be funny. I thought the clue was in the last line + the winky face and the big cheesy grin.

Perhaps my sense of humour comes in a little side ways at times.
