Default Any Old Boots

Photographers Comments
Took some random shots about my hotel room when on a business trip and came up with this. Shot as macro as I could get with my stock lens, then desaturated and bordered in Photoshop Elements.

Hi Steve, look a bit like new boots looking at those shiny laces! I like this, my only comment would be the blurred bit at the front of the image outweighs the sharp image at the back. I would (and i know its a personal thing and very subjective) have had more of a ratio sharp to blurred, that said it works mate. Nice one

Well the front are quite scuffed, by I'm not one to traipse across muddy fields so I guess that's kept the laces in good nick I think you might be right on the foreground, perhaps a little too prominent..
