Hey Denny....our roses are blooming next to each other on the home page....people will talk LOL
Is this taken with your extension tubes?? It works well... the detail is so crisp and I can even see the fine spiders web going from leaf to leaf....stunning, you must be pleased!  Nowt wrong with your Sony thats for sure

Yes Mate, it is my 20mm extension tube this is only about 3/4in wide believe it or not, same as the other one i posted today. Moving on to insects next if i can find them!!!
Like yours as well! Thanks for the sony comment, it is a nice camera had to swap the lit lens though it was naff.

The closeness is good mate. Its the lighting that is making these so nice. Few hot lines in here but i think it adds to the image. big guy you are doing bloody well mate and i'm proud of ya. I have total admiration of these images and i'm sure Bev (our Guru) will echo my applause.

Pm'd you but i think its this one you were on about. secret is manual focus, preparation, and attention to the detail. My type of photography i think, however some of my other images have good reviews so i dont know. 6mths ago hadnt took a serious shot so thanks for the comments TCO.
