macros of nature are one of my favorite things to view. This little poppy looks battered but still strong. You really captured details in the petals...looks like tissue...of course, you can hardly go wrong with rain droplets, when they are in sharp focus

Really good shot, which has a lot of life to it. I might have been tempted to get the snippers out and trim that stalk at the bottom. Was it taken ijn someone else's garden?

Rob.. yes it is in fact a pot plant that i obtained from the nursery the other day, im really enjoying photographing flowers and thought this a little different

i put it out in the garden to adjust before planting.

Hi Bev .. Nice Macro ... It;s amazing how the beads of rain sit down the stalk of the poppy .. excellent detail .. Thanks for sharing ..
