Drops & Reflections

I took a piece of glass and put it between 2 supports. The rain was hitting the top of the glass and running over the edge and forming a drop on the bottom which subsequently fell. Interesting reflections in the drops of the sky and clouds. Shot with a 60mm macro lens and handheld.

Thanks Alistair, Barry and Else. Actually it didn't take too long to get this- pretty much limited by how wet I wanted to get out there. My camera has the capability of doing a number of shots quite rapidly so I would wait for a drop to form and then start shooting. I do have a lot of shots that are not doing anything but then I generally can get a few of the action( the erase button gets a lot of use). This has really been rewarding project- who thought raindrops could be so interesting.

Good job again, it's not what you went out to get but still just as interesting.
It's amazing what happens around us that we don't see.
