The detail of the Iris (is that anatomically correct? I mean the blue bit around the pupil?) is really nice, you don't usually see the eye like that.

Have you whitened the eye? If so it looks like you've feathered the selection a bit much and blurred the white into the Iris. I'm no expert, it may just be the narrow DOF?

I think some kind of reflection in the eye could have added interest.

This one makes me blink just looking at it . Very nice close up of eye, bet you had to take quite a few before you got this one.

It took about 3 or 4 to get it right, the worst bit is focusing very narrow DOF hand held I did a bit of enhancing and croping post - prod, a reflection would have been nice but at the time the reflection would have been me lol. The model is only about 3 so his atention span didn't leave me with much time to get the shot. I think it might be the feathing in the white
