Sharron I actually like this as a mono. I would love to see the colour but the subtle textures that have been revealed through mono are really good.
Maybe widen the crop a teeny tiny bit, but I really like this.

I also like the mono a lot.....have looked at most of them and I think I like this best.
How bizzare that I started to paint an orchid this week, mainly because I can't afford to buy the real thing right now

Thank you for your comments. It's stange but when I first did this conversion I didnt spend a lot of time on it and thought I had been a bit lazy with it. Now I look at it again I am happier as maybe sometimes less is best! that and some nice posative comments.
