Wonderful light and soft tones, a tad over use of the 'sparkle' but a good exercise

Hi Ian,
A great exercise with good use of candle light, I agree about the use of sparkle. What was the liquid used in the decanter and glass? It looks a little too cloudy to be wine or brandy. Maybe turn the decanter slightly to add depth, rather than a full frontal shot.
Regards....Phil

congrats with the layering...i wouldn't be able to tell...This is lovely and like the light coming in from the top right. I have one suggestion. The reflection of light at the very bottom is a disturbing glare...(I know this may be painful for you) just scrool so that the bottom comes right to the bottom of the pink candle reflection. I think it really quiets the image down, for I find my eye keep coming back to that big white reflection at the very bottom

Thank you all for your comments. I will spend the next day or so putting them into practice
The liquid in both was cold tea. The Wine and Brandy were inside me Phil
again many thanks
Ian

I see these sparkles every time I smile at my beautiful face in the mirror and smile (don't say a word Mr.Nrs!!)
Love the composition and the whole 'clean' feel to the shot. Great job mate! Make mine a large one (again.....say nothing Mr.Nrs )
