whoah...Ian
I just looked at your levels, you are the same as me, though when it comes to photoshopping, I'm really note quite intermediate.
You exposure is superb in my opinion...your aperature is doing the job. It still could be sharper, though this wasn't a shabby attempt. Like the background ..combined with the subject, it makes one stop and LOOK

Thanks Fay,for your comment,they are noted. I use PS a fair amount but unless there is anything Heavy needs doing I prefer Lightroom.The background in the pic was a bit of blue card stuck on the end of a greenhouse behind the web(as in spider, not world wide).Its a camera I carry most times unless I am going for something deliberate,then I use the Canon

Nice work Ian you certainly are getting the hang of macro, i think the DOF is good, and your focus pretty much spot on regarding it looks like you were aiming from a slighly upwards position into a beautiful bright sky, which gives the overall shot a great roundoff. Keep em coming.....please.
