This is my first go using a soft box, very small ornament about 3ins in height. Natural light. Inspired by spooks and his new soft box.

3" tall - poor thing would have been lost inside that soft box!!! LOL

I have found if I up the apature to around f18 or higher, I get longer exposure time, but more of the subject in focus, but it also really helps with the bg too. Still experimenting, so not sure if doing it right myself yet.. LOL

Great image, Sharron, and love the lilly one too!!!!
