Went into the garden to find the poppies attracting loads of hovver flies, especially the white poppies.

Hi Bev; looks great image it gives the impression that they are all waiting their turn to land seems just enough blur in the BG to add interest without distraction; can't wait till next year when I'll have flowers in my garden, keep up the good work

Many thanks Len, first year for me having flowers, and its really paid dividends for attracting wildlife and bugs for macro work..good luck with yours.

Hi Teach, like this one as Len says looks like they flying in a holding pattern waiting to come in to land. Usually try to keep flies out of images, and you make a little featurette of them!

Thanks Denny, but wish i had not blown the whites as much on the petals...hey ho!
