Default Still Life: Candles of Three

Photographers Comments
Some more still life - am getting right into this at the moment! Used black backdrop in light tent and two 20w desklamps for the lighting.

Please comment and help me learn more... LOL

Zoe, thank you for the vote of confidence on this image! LOL Yeah I really am getting into Still Life, keep looking for more things to photograph!

As for the light tent - do a quick search on ebay and you can get a brand new one for about £14. Saying that, my first attempt at a light box thingy, (see How Crude am I post) I used a cardboard box and paper - I got the bug and thought well, 14 quid isn't going to kill me and took the plunge. Apart from that I use bog standard household lamps for lighting.

I really am still in the experimental stage and can't really afford all the proper studio lights so I try what I can.

Again, a really big thank you for visiting this image and for your confidence in me
