Sunrise over Stannage Edge
Photographers Comments
First time i have been to this place, was realy pleased even though it is quite a trek for me to get there, but worth it
Have i gone over board with the sky? Was 10mins late getting there so ive tried to recreate what i saw as i was walking to the top of the ridge.

Hi Richard, I think that your sky looks fine, but I feel that your foreground needs toning down a bit as it appears very bright and unreal on my monitor. I like the way that you have used that large stone and the track to the right to hold the foreground together.

Agree with Baz skies fine but grounds way too oversaturated for me...
PS: next time you get down that way try Millstone edge (bit further down) and maybe give me a PM.

Nice shot Dude!
Love the sky, always a fav of mine, the FG looks good with nice detail, now i've had me monitor done again all looks great, (no cyan in sight) although is does look rich to me too..but having said that, it gives a feeling of being something a bit different..which is a good thing..

Very good image Richard. You have foreground interest there with a decent sky to compliment it. All in all a bold and powerful shot.
