With those gorgeous blue skies of WA.
It seems strange now, but this was the only
photograph I managed to take showing those skies.
The stregth of the light even in early winter
was amazing.

And oh! yes....not my best flower shot tho.

Lovely flower Joseph with some amazing colours. The only crit for me is the foreground seems to be fighting with the background for attention. Perhaps stopping down the aperture even further to it's widest would have blurred the background even more and given the flower room to be admired

Mmmmm......Yep I think that you have made a good point here.
And I agree it looks a little cluttered.
What I should have done is open the lens right up.

I'm not normally a flower photographer so basically what I did was to run around and take one of each of the flowers and then I was planning to sit down and take a good look and see just what I could do to improve........and then the Camera snuffed out, oh! well bad luck.
