Default The Great Performance

Photographers Comments
These Kildeer lay their eggs right out in the open usually ona rocky/ gravel area where the eggs are next to impossible to distinguish from the rocks. When the birds sense an intruder they will run from where the eggs are and fake that they have a broken wing- then get up and move on and again do the same behavior. Really quite effective to lure predators away.

Thanks for your comments. Might be hard to get one of the bird facing front while doing its display as it is pretty intent on leading one away but I can give it a try- a challenge for sure. I do have a few more and will post another soon.

Got an idea that should be quite fun. Get someone to distract the bird and you can then somehow get in front of it and get the pic in the bag !!!. How does that sound ???.
I also like the way you have a blur at the bottom of the photo and placed your copyright there. You have kind of captured the subject smack in the middle of a top and bottom blur which is quite neat if that was intended. Do you do that with all or most of your work ???.
Cheers
