Fantastic shot Fay!
The simple object like the fence is in this type of lighting, with this background is a proof that Mother Nature is the greatest artist, only we have to watch Her jobs.
You have very good eye for this... And the conclusion; machine should be with us everytime...

Good composition and great lighting Fay. Lovely image. Are those mountains in the background and is this the view from your house? If so can I come and live with you LOL

thank you Cleano and Maureen. These are indeed mtn. in the b/g. This is standing under the apple tree behind the house, looking across the fence between us and the neighbors. Maureen, you can come live with me this whole week; then you can help me wash walls and paint. Hubby will be gone, so we could take lots of camera breaks

Hi Fay, nice image, I like the contrast between the light foreground and stormy background. I should imaging that you only had a short time before the light disappeared and the rain came.
