Do you have some form of anti-shake?(I don't know your camera) Looking at the EXIF you did well at these settings.
It looks a
tiny bit front focused to me, if you look at the blades of grass infront of him they look a little sharper to me. Again without knowing the camera I can't help too much apart from to say that on my camera I can move the focus point around manually and drop it onto the subjects eye. I could be wrong here, I'm trying to be ultra critical on quite a small picture.
