part of the iris or lily group, maybe a hot climate style flower..?
anyhows great shot, touch deep for me but fabulous none-the-less

Looks like a Dentist's Nightmare!
You may have to show more of this Species, otherwise I believe it to be what I have said above. That Species is found in the Gamma Quadrant and the Spores are brought to Earth by visiting Pods.
Paul!!! Do NOT keep this Flower in the House!!! Remove it to the Garage and immediately call the Men in Black to dispose of this Alien Intruder!

It looks like a close up of a Snapdragon to me...it did remind me of Bugs Bunny.
