Its a really nice pose, but it is let down by some noise and softness (maybe just pushed too far in editing?)

Perhaps too much cropping and resizing has made this noise.
These little birds make great photographic subjects even if they are looked upon as being plain, but they are not the easiest, they are small and flighty! so well done Paul, just keep at it.

They are a nightmare to capture and get into focus, been trying out other things and increased shutter speed, seems to be working a little bit better.
