Photographed in Alresford where i work. the whole spread looks amazing but i wanted to crop right in and show more detail

Hi Andy,
a nice image, but you stated that you wanted to crop in close to show detail. Then, you chose to add an overpowering border, which takes the emphasis off the image. These do look amazing but I think the crop should have been tighter without the frame.

true Phil, i do have an obsession with the big white border, partly cos i use it at work but i can see your point. however the shot was of the whole building inc pavement so my one is fairly well cropped in
