You have done well to get a good picture of a heron, they are very elusive birds.

I think this could be improved if you cropped this image, there is too much of the long grass, and it would also have got rid of the other bird in the background which is distracting. Also distracting is all the bits of branches, etc near the feet of the bird.

I don't think the heron itself is sharp enough either.
