Hi Phil, is it road, rail or foot? cant tell from the small size image. Guess that has quite a tide range from the look of it. Better view than i have, looking out of the window at stationary traffic at the moment! Nice shot.

Hi Dennis,
it is a road bridge, with the tide out. Cant wait for the spring tide. This leaves a tidal wave approx 3 feet high. (End April & Beg Oct) I was trying to catch the cloud formation with the bridge and reflection here. Toenmapped in photomatix pro.
