Hi Trevor,
really like the action shot, the wing tip in the water is great timing.
Stopping down past f/16 is rarely of any use, diffraction causes a lack of sharpness, I think f/8 would have been fine and also would have allowed a lower ISO to get rid of some of that colour noise.
