Hi Len, a good attempt with many elements about right, foreground, good sky, etc. The foreground interest in the post is positioned well, but spoiled by not including all of at least one of the rocks. The overall image is a bit flat and could take a bit more contrast and brightness. Another thing to watch is horizon level. In this instance we cant judge the horizon but would assume the post would be plumb. A slight rotation of the image to make it upright would also benefit the image.
