.... just trying things out.
I was up in Snowdonia (North Wales, UK) last week for a bit R&R and the current Mrs Dave was dragging me up and down all these serious walks n& stuff (understand ..... there is something of the gazelle about her whereas I'm more of the cart horse type

). This one almost killed me. The shallow rainwater collection lake that is Llyn Hywel lies in a bowl between the peaks of Rhinog Fach and Y Lethr in the Rhinogs (sometimes known as the Harlech Dome) in the southern part of the Snowdonia National Park.
Q .... is there a slight slope or are my eyes fooled by the lay of the land?
